We can only accept returns in case of faulty products.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@massimocapellastudio.com within 7 days of receiving your product with your order number and a description of the fault. We will respond to your email as soon as possible and provide you with instructions on how to return the product to us.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. We will not be able to accept returns if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.

Once we receive the faulty product and confirm the fault, we will either offer a replacement or a refund. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same method of payment used to purchase the product.

Please note that this product is made to order. The production process typically takes around 2 weeks to complete, and shipping usually takes an additional 4 weeks. Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your total at checkout. Thank you for your patience and understanding as our artisans work to create your unique and high-quality product.
